Learn how and why to use your Instant Pot to make a yummy chicken dinner for your family.
Makes 12
2 cups firmly packed basil leaves
¾ cup freshly grated parmesan
½ cup walnuts
½ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 cup low sodium broth
3 lbs. chicken
In a food processor combine everything but the broth and chicken.
Mix until combined.
Spray instant pot with avocado oil.
Place chicken breasts in pot.
Cover broth with pesto.
Manual cook for 20 minutes.
Natural release.
